1. Shipping Area
Currently, PERFUME DIVINE LLC exclusively ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $75, shipping charges will be 5.95$
The estimated delivery time (transit time) for all shipments is 3 to 7 business days.

PERFUME DIVINE LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
